Welcome to WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. By booking a cultural tour (“Tour”) with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
欢迎选择WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.。预订我们的文化之旅产品（“旅游”）即表示您同意以下条款和条件。请在完成预订前仔细阅读。
1. Scope of Services 服务范围
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the booking, participation, and cancellation policies for tours organized by WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.
本条款和条件规范由WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.组织的旅游产品的预订、参与和取消政策。
1.2. The transportation methods (e.g., cruise, flights, or land transport) included in your tour are specifically mentioned in the itinerary of the chosen tour package. Only the transportation methods explicitly stated in the package details are included.
行程中包含的交通方式（如游轮、航班或陆路交通）将在您选择的旅游配套行程中明确说明。仅包含配套详情中明确列出的交通方式。
2. Booking and Payment 预订和付款
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.
所有预订须经WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.确认并视具体供应情况而定。
2.2. Full payment of the tour fee is required to secure your booking. Partial payments or deposits may not guarantee reservation unless expressly stated.
需全额支付旅游费用以确保预订。除非明确说明，部分付款或定金可能无法保证预订。
2.3. Bookings are non-transferable and apply only to the individual(s) named in the booking.
预订不可转让，仅适用于预订中指定的个人。
3. Fees and Refund Policy 费用和退款政策
3.1. All tour fees are strictly non-refundable.
所有旅游费用恕不退还。
3.2. Upon the agency’s agreement, you may request to transfer your payment to another tour or trip organized by us. This transfer is subject to the following conditions:
经旅行社同意，您可以申请将付款转移到我们组织的其他旅游产品。此转移需满足以下条件：
- Requests for transfer must be made at least 60 days before the scheduled departure of the originally booked tour. 转移申请必须在原定出发日期前至少60天提出。
- The transfer must be utilized for a tour scheduled within 6 months from the original booking. 转移必须用于原始预订日期起6个月内的旅游产品。
- If you fail to participate in the rescheduled tour, the fee will be forfeited. 如未能参加重新安排的旅游，费用将被没收。
3.3. Fees charged cover only the items explicitly listed in the tour package. Additional charges such as airport taxes, surcharges, cruise port fees, daily fees, personal expenses (e.g., laundry, excess baggage), and gratuities to drivers or guides are not included unless explicitly stated.
收取的费用仅包含旅游套餐中明确列出的项目。除非明确说明，其他费用如机场税、附加费、邮轮港口费、日常费用、个人开支（如洗衣、超重行李）以及给司机或导游的小费等均不包含在内。
4. Participant Obligations 参与者义务
4.1. By booking a tour, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal information required to facilitate bookings, including but not limited to:
预订旅游即表示您同意提供准确完整的个人信息以便预订，包括但不限于：
- Full name (as per travel document) 全名（须与旅行证件相符）
- Contact details 联系方式
- Passport or identification details 护照或身份证明详情
- Dietary or medical requirements, if applicable 饮食或医疗要求（如适用）
4.2. You authorize WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. to share your information with relevant service providers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels) solely for the purpose of facilitating your tour arrangements.
您授权WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.仅为安排旅游之目的与相关服务提供商（如航空公司、邮轮公司、酒店）共享您的信息。
4.3. Participants must disclose any medical, physical, or mental conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to refuse service to participants deemed physically or mentally unfit for travel.
参与者必须披露可能影响其参团能力的任何医疗、身体或精神状况。WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.保留拒绝为被认为在身体或精神上不适合旅行的参与者提供服务的权利。
5. Itinerary and Changes 行程和变更
5.1. WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or insufficient participant numbers.
WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.保留因不可预见情况（包括但不限于天气状况、交通中断或参与人数不足）而修改或取消任何旅游行程的权利。
5.2. Participants will be informed promptly of any significant changes, and alternative arrangements will be made where feasible.
如有重大变更，将及时通知参与者，并在可行的情况下作出替代安排。
6. Travel Documents and Insurance 旅行证件和保险
6.1. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, where applicable.
参与者有责任确保持有有效的旅行证件，包括护照和签证（如适用）。
6.2. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or delays.
强烈建议购买旅游保险，以应对医疗紧急情况、取消或延误等不可预见的情况。
7. Liability and Indemnity 责任和赔偿
7.1. WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. acts as an intermediary between participants and service providers (e.g., transport operators, hotels). While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or errors of third-party service providers.
WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.作为参与者和服务提供商（如运输运营商、酒店）之间的中介。虽然我们致力于提供优质服务，但我们不对第三方服务提供商的行为、疏忽或错误负责。
7.2. WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. is not liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage to property arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.不对超出我们控制范围的情况所导致的任何伤害、死亡、损失或财产损坏负责，包括但不限于：
- Natural disasters 自然灾害
- Accidents caused by third parties 第三方造成的事故
- Illnesses or medical conditions during the trip 旅途中的疾病或医疗状况
7.3. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. from any claims, actions, or demands arising from their participation in the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the company.
参与者同意赔偿并使WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.免受因其参与旅游而产生的任何索赔、诉讼或要求，但公司存在重大过失或故意不当行为的情况除外。
8. Code of Conduct 行为准则
8.1. Participants are expected to act respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and service providers.
参与者应以尊重的态度对待其他旅客、导游和服务提供商。
8.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
扰乱秩序或不当行为可能导致被终止旅程且不予退款。
9. Data Protection 数据保护
9.1. WISEVERSE PTE. LTD. is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
WISEVERSE PTE. LTD.承诺根据新加坡《个人数据保护法》(PDPA)保护您的个人数据。
9.2. Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of facilitating travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes without consent.
参与者提供的个人信息仅用于安排旅行，未经同意不会与第三方分享用于无关目的。
10. Governing Law 适用法律
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Singaporean law.
本条款和条件受新加坡法律管辖。任何争议应依据新加坡法律解决。
11. Agreement 协议
11.1. By completing your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
